In Tibetan Buddhism, the foundational practices of the ngondro are skillful methods to train the mind and must be completed before advancing to the higher practices. Guru yoga is the fourth ngondro practice and generates the wisdom of realization in the mind. Drupon Phuntsok will be leading us in this practice.
There will be a different ngondro practice led by Drupon Phuntsok every month.
