Ngondro Guru Yoga Practice led by Drupon Phuntsok

In Tibetan Buddhism, the foundational practices of the ngondro are skillful methods to train the mind and must be completed before advancing to the higher practices. The final ngondro practice is the special bodhicitta practice, in which the practitioner generates love and compassion for all sentient beings. Drupon Phuntsok will be leading us in this practice.
Suggested donation: $20 without lunch. Please bring your lunch or be prepared to eat out.
